I visited MS Beauty Salon for the first time yesterday. I’ve often driven past it, so I thought I’d give it a try. I had my eyebrows threaded, hair cut, and hair repair treatment. I forgot the name of the lady who did my eyebrows, but she did a great job and was really quick. Hina gave me a fantastic haircut and recommended a hair repair treatment to revive my hair. I’m so glad she did! She seemed very experienced and did an amazing job, far exceeding my expectations. She even went past their closing time and didn’t rush my haircut or treatment. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments from my family. They had a lively atmosphere at the salon made for a great experience overall. I left feeling really happy and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be visiting again soon. Thanks! ~ Lima A

I had a fantastic experience at MS Beauty Salon today! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a haircut, blow-dry, and full head highlights done by Henna Malik, . Henna was extremely professional, kind, polite, and friendly throughout the whole process. I absolutely love the way she did my highlights, haircut, and blow-dry — everything turned out perfect! I was really, really happy with her work, and I’ll definitely keep coming back to her. Also Reet have done my daughter’s hair cut she was so kind and very professional, my daughter really loved a her new hair cut , extremely happy and satisfied by Reet. Good place to do groom our beauty. Really the ladies over there are so polite and warm welcoming person.had a nice experience here. I did Layer cut here.and Reet was doin this for me. She is so polite and analysed my facial features and accordingly she did the cut. Really the output was so good didn't even expect this change really😁Really great work by Reet. Thanks for doing this for me. Loved your work😍 Along with hair cut I have done facial as well. Nyla was one who did for me. She was so good,calm and she did her job very good. I booked a wash, cut and blow dry at MS beauty salon. It was the first time I have visited this salon and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the ladies were very welcoming and friendly. They offered me a hot drink and got me seated to wash and condition my hair. They constantly checked to see if I was ok (being quite pregnant, this was very comforting and sweet!) Another one of the stylists cut my hair and she did an amazing job! It was far better than I expected and the attention to detail was wonderful. The girls were then kind enough to offer warm tea and snacks to all the clients in the salon which was a lovely touch! Overall, a lovely experience and I will definitely be back again :) ~ Rimah R

I had my hydro facial done yesterday at MS Beauty Salon. This is my second visit. I can honestly say that was the best hydro facial I have EVER had! The service took more than an hour and it was so relaxing. Naila, who was absolutely amazing and lovely, did a thorough job making sure my skin was clean and glowing. I have woken up this morning with the same feeling on my skin. Please ensure you get your facial done by Naila, you will not be disappointed with the service she provides. I’ve been coming to this salon for my waxing for the past two years, and I always go to Naila. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! I’m usually very particular about who I trust for waxing, but with Naila I feel completely comfortable and at ease. She’s professional, gentle, and always listens carefully to what I want. Not only does she do a fantastic job every time, but she also makes the whole experience pleasant with her kind and caring nature. I first time visited these saloon and guys it’s too good all staff and thank you Fatima because i didn’t felt it’s my first visit there and she so humble person and very good atmosphere as well good services, i did hair cut from Hina & Basira they both so talented in their work, i loved my hair cut and highlights also i did my eyebrows with Ashama her hands are so soft literally pain less i did treading but i didn’t felt anything and best hydra facial from Naira and her hands pressure was amazing i tried and i enjoyed it, and trust me you will satisfy if you try there any services you will enjoy with staff mast visit this saloon thank you … ~ Nagma s

I had a deluxe pedicure by Aasma and She was absolutely amazing!!! Thank u I will be coming back every month for this and will be bringing my mum too as u took great care of her! My daughter had a balayage which hinna did an amazing job throughout! I’ve uploaded before and after pics! Reet is also amazing at massages and facials ! As my mother Inlaw loves her massages and facials ! My little girl had a lovely butterfly haircut I have uploaded the pictures of before and afters this salon is truly underrated I’m lucky to find such a hidden gem in Luton ~ Ruby S

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I went in for eyebrow threading, and even though my eyebrows are quite tricky, they turned out fantastic. The shape was perfect, and the whole process was so professional. I also had a waxing session with Nila, and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable, was incredibly friendly, and worked very quickly without compromising on quality. It was one of the most stress-free waxing experiences I’ve ever had. I’m always skeptical about letting someone new touch my hair, but Hina was recommended to me by a friend. I got a butterfly haircut from her last year and absolutely loved it, so I went back again yesterday for a shaggy haircut—and once again, I loved it! She gave me exactly the cut I asked for and also shared honest, helpful tips and tricks for managing my hair. I also love that she’s always very welcoming and friendly. I have been to MS hair and beauty few times now . Had an amazing experience and relaxing pedicure and facials. They did look after me really well . They always ask if you need a hot or cold drink . Reasonable price and good service . I have had facials with Naila and pedicure with Reet (sorry if I got the wrong name) Great service and nice people . Keep it up and keep the standard up too . Good customer service.. i came for a hair cut, nail extension and hair highlights...everything was done exactly the way i wished. Hair highlights and hair cut done by reet sister, nails done by daman sister, asma sister also done by eyebrows. Absolutely amazing results with my latest hair treatment at ms beauty salon. I had full head highlights, cut and anti dandruff treatment which worked a treat. Heena was exceptionally polite and kind and did an excellent job on my hair as well as managing the salon during its peak time. I went to this salon all the way from Milton Keynes after seeing very positive reviews on the internet about it and it was totally worth it. The lady (Hina Malik) who dyed and cut my hair was very professional sweet and helpful. She gave me very useful advice and made sure I got what I wanted. Me and mum got the deluxe hydra-facial done yesterday as they had a 50% sale going. The person helping us (Naila) has truly got magic in her hands I felt so comfortable while she was massaging my face during the facial. We will definitely get it done again if we get another chance in the future. I highly recommend this salon as all the stylists are very well trained as well as polite.
